Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 11 August 2026 · Last updated: 11 August 2026 · Website: https://quickdm.site

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for QuickDM paid plans and trials. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Help email: For refund requests write to support@quickdm.site from the email on your QuickDM account. Include your registered email, payment date, and Razorpay payment ID if available.

1. Refund policy

  • Refund window: 2 days only. You may request a refund within 48 hours (2 days) of a successful paid charge (trial fee or monthly plan fee).
  • Requests made after 2 days are not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.
  • Refunds are not automatic. Email support@quickdm.site within the 2-day window. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay (UPI / card). Bank timelines may take a few additional days.
  • If a refund is approved for the current period, we may disable Pro access for that account after the refund is issued.
  • Abuse (repeated sign-ups only for refunds, chargebacks without contacting support first, fraud) may result in refusal of refund and account suspension.

2. Cancellation policy

  • You can cancel auto-renewal from your QuickDM Billing page (Dashboard → Billing → Cancel subscription) while logged in.
  • Cancellation is for the next period. When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of your current paid period (or trial end). We do not charge for the following month after a successful cancel.
  • “Next month cancelled” means: no further UPI Autopay / subscription charges after the current cycle ends. Access ends when Access until date on Billing is reached (plus any grace period if a prior charge already failed).
  • Cancelling does not by itself create a refund. Refunds follow Section 1 (2-day window + email support).
  • You can also cancel the UPI Autopay mandate from your UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, etc.). If you cancel only in the bank app, renewals stop, but please also cancel in QuickDM Billing so your account status stays correct.
  • After cancellation, you may buy again anytime from Billing (manual pay or a new trial if still eligible).

3. Trials

The ₹2 trial, if offered, is a paid trial that unlocks the Service for the trial days and authorizes future renewals. Refund of the trial fee follows the same 2-day rule via support@quickdm.site. Cancelling during trial stops the upcoming monthly charge; access continues until the trial end date shown on Billing.
